摘要
为了寻找一种可较好地保护精子的天然抗冻剂,通过在猪精液的冷冻基础液中添加不同浓度的海带多糖,研究冷冻后猪精子的活率及线粒体活性、精子质膜和顶体的完整性等各项参数指标,探讨不同浓度的海带多糖对猪精液冷冻保存效果。
In order to find a natural antifreeze agent which can protect sperm better, the sperm frozen-thawed of pig semen was added with different concentrations of laminarin, and sperm motility, mitochondrial activity, sperm plasma membrane and acrosomal integrity of pig after freezing were studied to explore the frozen effect of different concentrations of laminarin on pig semen.
