Legal Reflection on Improving Community Drug Treatment Mechanism

社区戒毒是整个戒毒体系中的一个重要组成部分,也是当前戒毒体系中的一个重点问题和薄弱环节。本文从法学的视角对现行社区戒毒制度进行法规范分析,并以贵州省社区戒毒"阳光工程"模式为例进行社会实证分析,以期在现有理论研究的基础上,促进我国社区戒毒法律制度的完善。

Community drug treatment is an important part of the drug treatment system. It is also a hot is- sue and weak point in current drug treatment system. From the perspective of law, this essay has conducted normative analysis on community drug treatment mechanism. It takes Sunshine Project, which is a community drug treatment project in Guizhou province, as an example to conduct empirical study, in order to improve law and regulation concerning community drug treatment in China, based on the available theoretical research.
