公安专网专用实验室视频监控系统的设计与实现

On the Design and Implementation of Security Network Video Monitoring System for Laboratory

目前在公安专网下进行教学和培训时,如何杜绝"一机两用"违规事件的发生成为关注问题。本文引入视频监控系统补充完善专用实验室的安全管理手段,同时使用相关的软硬件技术进行研发,实现了视频监控的各项功能,对提高公安专网专用实验室管理效率具有一定的现实意义。

At present, it is obvious that how to eliminate the behavior of ＂ dual-use＂ become the focus problem when students are taught and trained in public security network. The safety management method is in- troduced in this paper to video monitoring system to supplement and improve the special laboratory, and R ＆ D using software and hardware technology, realized the functions of video monitoring, to improve the efficiency of management of public security network laboratory has certain practical value and realistic significance.
