油气企业土地资产综合效益评价是存量土地资产管理的基础。根据油气企业用地特点,从四个方面构建了油气企业土地资产综合效益评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法将其用于长庆油田土地资产综合效益的评价中,以期为油气企业提高土地资产的综合效益提供参考依据。

The comprehensive benefit evaluation of land assets in oil -gas enterprises is the basis of stock land asset management. According to the land - use characteristics of oil - gas enterprises, the index system of comprehensive benefit evaluation on their land assets was constructed from four aspects. Meanwhile, the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） was applied to the comprehensive benefit evaluation of land assets in Changqing oilfield, hopefully providing reference for oil - gas oilfield to improve the comprehensive benefits of land assets.
