资源税改革对陕西资源地区经济增长影响研究

The Study on the Influence of Resource Tax Reform on the Economic Growth of Shaanxi Resource Regions

在简述陕西省资源税发展状况的基础上,研究了资源税改革对陕西省各地区经济增长所起的作用。采用陕西10个地市相关数据建立模型进行实证分析,得出资源税收的增加对陕西北部资源地区经济增长起到促进作用,对陕西南部资源匮乏地区影响不显著。藉此提出了以资源税改革为契机,促进陕西省资源地区经济发展的对策建议。

After the brief introduction to the resource tax development an Shaanxl province, me stuay iocuses on the effect of resource tax reform on the growth of economy in different regions of Shaanxi province. The empirical analysis is conducted based on the model established by the adoption of relevant data from 10 regions and cities in Shaanxi province. Then it is concluded that the increase of resource tax plays a driving role in the economic growth of resource regions in the north of Shaanxi, but has less obvious effect on the develop- ment in the south regions of Shaanxi with the shortage of resource. At last, it is suggested that resource tax re- form should be taken as a good chance to promote the economic development of resource regions in Shaanxi province.
