教育改革背景下的教师专业性与教师责任 被引量:41

Teacher Professionalism and Teacher Responsibility in the Context of Educational Reform

摘要 教育改革不仅影响了学校教育的运作方式,也改变了工作于其中的教师的专业性及其责任承担。管理主义的专业性、商业式的专业性,正在取代建立于知识、自主与伦理基础上的传统专业性。作为专业性之核心的教师责任在变革中亦发生着增加、加剧、缩小等变化。考察教师专业性作为地方性概念及教师自身建构的概念,是宏观视角下的备择路径。对教师责任的理解,则需要引入共享责任的观点。 The nature of work and professionalism of teachers has changed under the impact of educational reform. Traditional concept of teacher professionalism was replaced by managerial professionalism and commercialized professionalism. Teacher responsibility, which constituted the core of their professionalism, has also gone through significant changes in terms of its quantity, degree of intensification and recognizable scope of attention. As a socially constructed concept, teacher pro- fessionalism can be analyzed through the lens of local and personal perspectives. This paper argues that collective responsi- bility should be incorporated into future discussions of teacher responsibility.
