摘要
本文针对农村教育质量与低年级学生就近入学之间的矛盾,论证一种滋养村小的城乡统筹教师管理创新机制。认为从多层面建构城乡统筹教师共同体,寻求一种多方共赢的联系,可以吸引优秀年轻教师农村任教,缓解基层农村教师缺乏专业发展机会,英语、音乐、美术专业教师长期结构性缺失等问题,而疏通城乡教育资源共享机制,是农村教师专业可持续发展的基础。
In order to solve the contradiction between improving the quality of rural education and rural lower level students' wanting near-home schools, this paper offers a novel system with administrative mechanism. To form the system is to construct multilayer overall arranged teachers community which includes teachers from city, rural town and remote coun- tryside with educational spiritual communications and exterior rewarding design according to human deep nature. And the system can let all participators share connections for a win-win result. It is also able to attract good young teachers to play rural teachers role. In addition, it alleviates the issues of rural teachers' lacking chance for professional upgrade, the issues of chrunical and structural defects in lacking ~nusic, art and English teachers in rural schools. The author also believes that the base of sustainable professional development of rural teachers is depended heavily on a mechanism that can well and smoothly share the educational resources between urban and rural area.
