北京农村教师参与专业发展活动的满意度与需求调查研究 被引量:15

A Survey on the Professional Development Satisfaction and Needs of Rural Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Beijing

摘要 对北京农村1744名中小学教师的调查发现,规定性的常规活动是北京农村教师参加最多的专业发展活动;教师对跨校、跨区教学观摩研讨的教研活动满意度最高,对课题研究满意度最低;教师教育者的素质是影响专业发展活动满意度的最首要因素,特级教师对农村教师专业发展的实际帮助最大,其次为专业研究人员;教师最需要的研修内容为优秀教师的经验观摩、学科教学法与学科前沿知识;农村教师渴望提供与名师交流的机会。 This study investigates rural teachers' professional development participation, satisfaction and needs bysampling 1744 primary and secondary school teachers in Beijing. The results reveal as: (1) teachers take the most regular trainings sponsored by the government, districts and schools; (2) classroom observations and lesson study across districts and schools are rated as the most satisfactory for teachers, however, doing research gets lowest satisfaction from rural teachers; (3) quality of teacher educators is the primary factor affecting teachers' satisfactory level, and teachers perceive the most profes- sional supports from superfine teachers, followed by educational researchers; (4) classroom observation of excellent teach- ers, pedagogical content knowledge and frontier of subject matter knowledge are the needs teachers want most; (5) rural teachers long for opportunities to learn from excellent teachers.
