摘要
西秦岭特长隧道店子坪一号斜井长1 816m,井口与井底落差220.87m,涌水量大。施工排水采用机械反坡抽排水,利用多级泵站接力将水抽至井外沉淀池,经沉淀后再排放。介绍了斜井排水施工中设计出水量及排水量计算、设备选型、排水系统布置及过程管理,为同类长大隧道工程高反坡、长距离排水施工提供借鉴。
No.1 Inclined Shaft of the extra-long Dianziping Tunnel in the West Qingling Ridges is 1 816 m in length,whose level difference between the pit head and the pit bottom is 220.87 m,and whose yield is great.The construction draining operation is performed by means of the mechanical reversed gradient draining method,with multi-stage pumping stations adopted to relay-drain gush into the subsiding pond outside the pit and then discharge it after subsiding.The calculation and the design of the outletting volume and the inletting volume in the process of the draining construction for the inclined shafts,the arrangement of the draining system,and the management of the construction processes are introduced in the paper,which may serve as a useful reference for similar types of extra-long high reversed gradient,long-distance draining construction operations.
