中国劳动力市场分割向一体化演进的验证分析:从工资收敛角度

An Analysis on the Integration of China′s Labor Market Segmentation: From the Perspective of Wage Convergence

利用CHIPS(2002)与CGSS(2006)全国调查数据,以Mincer工资方程为基础,分别测算"双重二元"分割下市场总体的分割指数与分行业的分割指数。结果表明中国劳动力市场存在明显的"双重二元"分割,行业分割使"双重二元"分割的复杂性增加,工资水平的差异变大。但"双重二元"分割中的分布此消彼长,预示着劳动力市场有一体化的内生力量。

Based on the Mincer wage equation, the paper measures the total market segmenta- tion index and industry segmentation index respectively under the＂ dual binary＂ labor market seg- mentation by using the survey data of CHIPS （2002） and CGSS （2006）. The results show that China＇s labor market has distinct ＂dual binary＂ segmentation. Industry segmentation aggravates the complexity of the ＂dual binary＂ segmentation, and the wage level differences become larger. However, the reciprocal relationship of the factors in the ＂dual binary＂ segmentation indicates that China＇s labor market has internal strength of integration.
