摘要 介绍一种新型的GDZ 110kV干式高压电缆终端头的设计原理和结构特征,主要是具有沿面电压分布均匀、污闪电压高、无油、无瓷、结构轻巧、价格便宜等特点。基于该设备研发了电缆终端头登塔(杆)装置,主要是通过横担将电缆终端头的固定和架空导线的挂点功能两者合一,简化了电缆终端头与架空导线的连接方式。在110kV变电站进线工程中推广使用后,设备运行状态良好,不仅提高了电缆终端头的可靠性,还解决了城市景观道路旁电缆登塔征地难的问题。 This paper describes briefly the technique feature and design principle of GDZ-110kV dry-type High Voltage(HV) cable terminal.This terminal has the characteristics of uniform electric field distribution along the surface,high pollution flashover voltage,oil and porcelain free,and with lightweight structure and low price.Based on this terminal,a new connecting component between over-head line and cable was invented.The new component combines the functions of cable terminal fixture and over-head line hanging point together with the cross arm of transmission tower,simplifies the connection method between HV cable terminal and over-head line.This invention has been applied in several 100kV substation's incoming line projects and operating well,improves the reliability of cable terminal and simultaneously resolves the difficulties of land expropriation beside city landscape roads.
