摘要
支气管扩张症是儿童较常见的慢性肺损害。胸部高分辨CT是目前诊断支气管扩张症的首选检查方法，而胸部MRI是一种准确的、无射线的检查手段，并且有助于发现早期肺内病变，可以逐步应用于临床。肺功能及气道炎症指标可以有效地评估疾病状态。该文就儿童支气管扩张症目前的主要诊断方法进行综述。
Bronchiectasis is one of the common chronic lung diseases in children. Now chest high resolution CT is the best method for the diagnosis of bronchiectasis. Chest MRI is an accurate, radiation-free technique, and it contributes to finding early lung lesions. Lung function and airway inflammation test are used for effectively assessing the disease status. This review focuses on the main diagnostic methods of bronchiectasis in children.
