摘要 [目的]总结自体髂骨骨松质移植修复先天性牙槽突裂的护理。[方法]对85例自体髂骨骨松质移植修复先天性牙槽突裂的病人在术前、术后实施相应的护理。[结果]85例病人移植全部成活,均痊愈出院。[结论]做好充分的术前准备、心理护理,术后保持呼吸道通畅,加强口腔护理及取骨区的护理是自体髂骨骨松质移植修复先天性牙槽突裂成功的重要保证。 Objective： To summarize nursing care of autogenous iliac cancellous bone graft for repair of congenital alveolar cleft. Methods： The corre sponding nursing was carried out for a total of 85 cases of congenital alveolar cleft patients receiving the autogenous iliac cancellous bone graft for repair respectively before and after operation. Results： All 85 patients transplanted successfully, and all transplanted survived and healed then discharge. Conclusion： It is the important guarantee to do adequate preoperative preparation and psychological care well, keep the airway patency after operation, and strengthen oral care and nursing care of the harvesting bone area for success of autogenous iliac cancellous bone graft for repair of congenital alveolar cleft Patients.
