微生物群体感应系统的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 群体感应(quorumsensing,QS)是微生物间通过分泌、释放一些特定的信号分子,并感知其浓度变化,来监测菌群密度、调控菌群生理功能,从而适应周围环境的一种信号交流机制[1],又称“细胞与细胞的交流”或“自诱导(autoinduce)”。在其调节过程中所产生的信号分子又称为自诱导素(autoinducer,AI)。早在1965年Alexander等就在肺炎链球菌DNA吸收机制中发现了第一个群体感应因子,这是一种由肺炎球菌分泌的多肽分子,能通过诱发相应蛋白的表达,
