铜绿假单胞菌染色质介导的AmpC β-内酰胺酶表达调控的研究进展

摘要 随着抗菌药物的大量应用,多重耐药菌日益增多,尤以铜绿假单胞菌严重。多重耐药的铜绿假单胞菌的产生,严重影响了临床对铜绿假单胞菌感染的控制,与之相应的铜绿假单胞菌感染的发病率和病死率也显著增加。铜绿假单胞菌的耐药机制较为复杂,既可产生超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs),又可产生AmpCβ-内酰胺酶(简称AmpC酶),
