日光性角化病45例临床病理分析 被引量:5

摘要 日光性角化病(actinickeratosis,AK)是淡肤色个体中最常见的上皮性癌前期损害,可与脂溢性角化症、色素痣、寻常疣及Bowen病(原位鳞状细胞癌)等疾病相混淆,给临床正确诊断带来困难。因此,本研究对我院皮肤科门诊2007年1月至2012年1月确诊的45例Et光性角化病患者的临床和组织病理学资料进行回顾性分析,旨在探讨AK的临床和病理特点,并复习相关文献,为本病的正确诊治提供临床依据。
