摘要
从可靠性设计出发 ,选择一种非接触型扼流耦合方案 ,既实现了交连的宽带和正确设计 ,又获得高的可靠性。本文较详细地介绍了影响重入式交连可靠性的主要因素 ,并对其进行分析 ,计算出它以每分钟 60转旋转时的平均无故障工作时间 (MTBF)高达 1 .38× 1 0 5 小时。
A non contact chock coupler project is selec te d to satisfy the reliability demand of the rotary junctor.This arrangement not o nly realizes wide frequency band and accurate design of the rotary joint,but als o obtains high reliability.In this paper,main factor which will effect the relia bility of the rotary junctor is detailed and analysed.The calculating results in dicate that when the rotary junctor rotates at 60 rounds per minute,the mean tim e between failures (MTBF) achieves 1.38×10 5 hours.
