摘要
研究了米糠油在混合油状态下脱蜡条件,如溶剂、脱蜡工艺、过滤设备对脱蜡效果的影响。结果表明,选用6#溶剂或正己烷,在米糠混合油浓度25%左右,养晶温度5℃左右,养晶时间12 h左右的条件下,采用托盘式真空带式过滤机过滤,蜡糊含油可降到20%以下;真空状态下采用带加热套的搅拌罐对米糠蜡加热脱溶,米糠蜡中溶剂残留量可降到500 mg/kg以下。
Dewaxing of rice bran miscella was performed, and the effects of solvent, dewaxing process and filtrating equipment on dewaxing efficiency were investigated. The results showed that oil content in wax paste decreased to below 20% under the conditions of concentration of rice bran miscella about 25%, crystallization temperature about 5 ~C and crystallization time about 12 h with solvent 6# or n - hexane and pallet type belt vacuum filter. Residue solvent content in rice bran wax dropped to below 500 mg/kg when rice bran wax was heated to remove solvent in agitation tank with heating jacket and vacuum.
