摘要 为了实现复杂装备的维修保障训练,基于半实物仿真技术,以最小可更换单元为单位建立系统电路模型,以外部实物元件操作为模型的输入,构建了半实物仿真平台,可以对正常的操作进行模拟。在电路模型中内置故障向量,由训练控制软件或者故障设置开关触发故障向量,在半实物仿真平台上表现相应故障现象,实现了实际装备故障案例的模拟。受训人员在相应故障组合上复位相应故障设置开关,实现了装备维修过程的模拟。 For improving the level of maintenance training on complex equipment, the system circuit model is con- structed with the smallest replacement unit based on semi-physical simulation training system. Its input is external physi- cal element operation. To simulate normal operation, the semi-physical simulation platform is constructed. The internal fault vector is set in the circuit model, and then the fault vector is triggered by training control software or setting fault switches. The relevant fault phenomenon is shown in semi-physical simulation platform, and the simulation on failure case of actual equipment is realized. Trainees can reset the fault switch in fault combination, and realize simulation of the equipment maintenance process.
