中西医结合治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Sequela of Pelvic Inflammation Treated with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

目的观察妇可靖胶囊联合玉屏风滴丸、康妇消炎栓治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效。方法将217例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者随机分为两组。治疗组使用妇可靖胶囊联合玉屏风滴丸、康妇消炎栓治疗,对照组使用头孢噻肟钠、甲硝唑常规剂量静脉滴注治疗。结果治疗后两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组血液分析白细胞计数明显增高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组红细胞计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为0.89%,对照组为12.38%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论妇可靖胶囊联合玉屏风滴丸、康妇消炎栓治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症疗效确切,应用安全、方便,具有可行性。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on sequela of pelvic inflammation treated with fukejing capsules combined with yupingfeng dropping pills,and kangfu xiaoyan suppositories.Methods 217 cases of sequela of pelvic inflammation were randomized into two groups.In a treatment group,fukejing capsules combined with yupingfeng dropping pills,and kangfu xiaoyan suppositories were prescribed in treatment.In the control group,the intravenous drip was prescribed with cefotaxime sodium and metronidazole of conventional dose.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was different significantly between two groups（P〈0.05）.In the treatment group,the white blood cell count in blood analysis was increased apparently,presenting the statistical significant difference as compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.The red blood cell count was not different significantly between two groups（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction was 0.89% in the treatment group and was 12.38% in the control group,presenting the statistical significant difference in comparison（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Fukejing capsules combined with yupingfeng dropping pills,and kangfu xiaoyan suppositories achieve the definite efficacy on sequela of pelvic inflammation.This therapy is safe,simple and feasible.
