摘要
文中给出了一种由配有IEEE-488接口的恒流源、电压表、开关矩阵和计算机组建自动测量系统的方法。利用该系统可以方便地测得薄层方块电阻。
In this paper, a method is introduced to set up an automatic measurement system which is made of constant current source unit, voltage meter, switch matrix and computer with IEEE- 488 interface. The sheet resistance can be conveniently measured using this system.
