福建民营企业二次创业的基本方略探析

福建是我国民营经济最为活跃的地区之一,民营企业稳步发展,呈现良好的发展态势。一些民营企业基本完成了资本的原始积累,进入了二次创业阶段。本文在阐述福建民营企业二次创业重要意义的基础上,分析了相关的法规、政策的出台和改革深化,海峡西岸经济区建设、福建推进民营企业二次创业的重大利好以及民营企业的国际化发展,这些都是福建民营企业二次创业面临的新机遇。本文从创新创业机制、优化创业环境和企业苦练内功等三个角度探讨了福建民营企业二次创业的基本方略。

Fnjian is one of the most active areas of the private economy in China , in which the private enterprises have been developing steadily and show a good momentum of development. Some private enterpri- ses basically completed the primitive accumulation of capital and enter into stage of the Second Round of Busi- ness-establishment. In this paper, based on elaborating the significance of Second Round of Business-estab- lishment of Fujian private enterprises, we analyse the related laws and regulations issued, the reform deepe- ning, the construction of the west coast of the strait economic zone, the significance of promoting Second Round of Business-establishment of Fujian private enterprises as well as the international development of pri- vate enterprises, which are new opportunities Fujian private enterprises are facing. Because of the analysis a- bove, this paper discusses the basic strategies of Second Round of Business-establishment of Fujian Private Enterprises from the points of innovating entrepreneurial mechanism, optimizing the entrepreneurial environ- ment and enterprise＇s training hard the internal strength.
