An Interpretation of Agenda-Setting of the Health Communication on the Internet

互联网的飞速发展给健康传播带来新的契机。网络媒体由于其"多元互动性"、"实时性"、"渠道容量丰富性"等特性,对传统健康传播的议程设置产生实质的影响。本文分析了互联网背景下健康传播议程设置的机制、特性;并对当前网络健康传播议程设置存在的问题进行总结;最后针对这些问题提出对策,以期带来更加完善的网络健康传播议程设置。

The high-speed development of internet brings to health communication a new chance. Ow- ning to the features of multi-interaction, real time, and capacity-rich, the internet has a substantial effect on traditional health communication agenda-setting. In this article, we analyze the mechanism and characteristics of health communication agenda-setting in the context of internet. At the same time, we summarize the prob- lems in agenda-setting of health communication on the internet. In order to make a perfect agenda-setting of the health communication on the internet, we bring forward some countermeasures in the end.
