摘要
对海底电缆上方过往船舶的全天候实时监测是避免锚害的有效手段,根据福建平潭跨海电网110 kV光电复合海底电缆安全监控的迫切需要,设计了一种红外热成像仪与加长焦大镜头的可见光摄像机相结合的长距离、全天候视频监控系统;提出了一种通过用AIS作为辅助对所监视海域进行网格划分来设置摄像机云台预置位的方法;通过服务器后台软件对视频信号、AIS信息进行数据融合处理,实现了系统的联动工作。现场运行实验结果表明,系统性能满足对3.5 km光电复合海缆全天候监测的要求。
It is an effective means to avoid anchor harm that the passing ships above the submarine cable are monitored all -weather and real-time. In order to realize the safety monitoring of the 3.5 km-long 110 kV power-optical fiber composite submarine cable in Pingtan Electric Power Bureau in Fu- Jian Province, a long-distance and all-weather video surveillance system composed of an infrared thermal imager and a visible light camera with a tele- photo lens is designed in this paper. A grid division method is proposed in which the surveillance area is divided into grids and a shipborne AIS transmitter is used to get the longitude and latitude of different grid areas on the sea for camera ~ preset position setting. The collaborative work of the system is realized which is based on the data fusion processing of video information and AIS information by the server software. The site test results show that the system performances meet the requirements of all-weather and real-time monitoring of the 3.5 km-long power-optical fiber composite submarine cable.
