脑胶质瘤细胞、组织中PGAM1 mRNA、蛋白的表达变化及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察脑胶质瘤细胞、组织中磷酸甘油酸变位酶1(PGAM1)mRNA及其蛋白的表达变化。方法用半定量RT-PCR检测大鼠C6胶质瘤组织和星形胶质细胞中的PGAM1 mRNA。用免疫组化法检测43例人脑胶质瘤组织标本(胶质瘤组)和15例瘤周脑组织(对照组)中的PGAM1蛋白。结果星形胶质细胞中PGAM1 mRNA表达量为1.26±0.05,C6胶质瘤细胞中为0.75±0.07,二者相比P<0.05。对照组、胶质瘤组PGAM1蛋白阳性表达分别为3、29例,两组相比,P<0.05。结论脑胶质瘤组织中PGAM1 mRNA、蛋白表达增高,可能与脑胶质瘤的发病有关。
