Research Progress on Obtaining Cucurbitaceous Haploid through Un-pollinated Ovary Culture

摘要 综述了近年来葫芦科植物未授粉子房培养单倍体状况,及葫芦科植物未授粉子房培养的取材、基因型、温度、激素等几个因素影响的研究进展,进而对其当前问题及前景进行了探讨。 In this paper, we summarized the recent research progresses on obtaining cucurbitaceous haploid through un- pollinated ovary culture, and analyzed the factors affecting the culture, such as the stage of explants, genotype, temperature pretreatments, auxin and so on. And we also discussed the existing problems and prospects of adopting the un-pollinated ovary culture method to obtain cucurbitaceous haploid.
