早秋甘蓝品种的耐热性鉴定

Heat Resistance Identification of Early Autumn Cabbage Cultivars

以进口强力50甘蓝为对照,对自主选育的3个早秋甘蓝品种(早秋一号、早秋七号、中y),通过人工气候培养箱高温模拟培养,观察各品种的外观热害指数,同时测定各材料叶片脯氨酸含量和电解质渗透率。通过耐热性的初步综合鉴定,结果表明,自主选育的早秋一号甘蓝新品种抗热稳定性较好。

Taking the introduced cabbage cuhivar Qiangli 50 as control, we cuhivated three early autumn cabbage cultivars Zaoqiu No.l, Zaoqiu No.7 and Zhong-y under the high temperature condition in the artificial climate incubator, and then recorded their heat injury indexes, at the same time, we determined the materialsI proline content and electrolyte permeability. The results showed that the new cabbage cuhivar Zaoqiu No.1 possessed stable heat resistance.
