断根嫁接对黄瓜生理特性及产量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以川砧1号南瓜为砧木,川翠1号黄瓜为接穗,采用断根嫁接与插接,研究了嫁接对夏秋黄瓜生理特性及产量的影响。试验结果表明,在黄瓜的生长过程中,与插接苗、自根苗(CK)相比,断根嫁接苗叶片数较多,主蔓较长,净光合速率较高,结果期间田间死苗率较低,商品瓜总条数和商品瓜总产量较高,说明断根嫁接更适合四川盆地夏秋黄瓜生产。 In this paper, taking pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata D.) cultivar Chuanzhan NO.1 as rootstock and cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) cuhivar Chuancui NO.1 as scion, we studied the effects of two grafted methods root-cut-grafting and insert-grafting on the physiological characteristics and yield of cucumber in summer and autumn. The results showed that, in the growth process of cucumber, compared with the insert-grafting and control treatments, the root-cut-grafting seedlings had more leaves, longer main vine, higher net photosynthetic rate (Pn), lower death rate in field at the fruit-setting period, larger total number of commercial melon and higher total yield of commercial melon. In conclusion, the root-cut- grafting treatment was more suitable for grafted cucumber production in Siehuan basin in summer and autumn.
