摘要
对物理变性聚酯纤维与羊绒单纱混捻加工、复合纱的织造、针织物的后整理工艺流程和工艺特点进行了研究和试验,确定了生产的主要工艺流程及主要工艺参数。试验表明:利用物理变性聚酯纤维具有热缩性和复丝强力可以达到普通羊绒单纱强力的特点,生产出单丝与单根羊绒纱双组分复合羊绒粗纺纱,织造综合支数比普通的粗纺羊绒纱低了50%。用其织出的羊绒衫具有粗纺风格和精纺、半精纺羊绒衫轻薄的质地。适合夏末秋初、春末夏初及夏季空调期写字楼内穿着。
On the physical modified polyester fiber and cashmere single yarn twist processing, mixing composite yarn knitted fabric weaving and finishing technological process and process characteristics of the study and test, determined the main production process flow and main technical parameters.
