摘要
超声波在水介质中具有辅助洗涤的作用,超声波洗涤具有较高的洗涤效率,可以在较少的洗涤剂用量,较低的温度,较短的时间条件下达到较好的清洁效果。该技术可应用于洗毛工艺,减少洗毛工业中的热能消耗和洗剂消耗。文章介绍了超声波应用于洗毛工艺的原理和特点,影响洗涤效果因素,合适的超声波洗毛工艺条件,与传统洗毛工艺相比超声波洗毛的洗涤效果以及超声波洗涤后羊毛纤维物理及化学结构的变化。综述了目前国内外的一些最新研究进展。
In aqueous media ultrasound take the role of auxiliary washing. Ultrasonic cleaning has high washing efficiency, less the amount of detergent used, a lower temperature, shorter time under the conditions to achieve better cleaning results. This technology can be used in the was wool scouring process, to solve the heat consumption, serious water pollution problem in this industry. This article describes the principles and characteristics of ultrasound used in the process of was wool scouring, the was effect of factors, ultrasonic scouring conditions, compared with the traditional scouring process scouring the washing effect of ultrasound and ultrasonic washing after the wool fiber physical and chemical structure the changes. It reviewes the current domestic and international research.
