天竹/莱赛尔交织面料的服用性能研究

Studies on wearability of bamboo/Lyocell interwoven fabric

为了充分发挥高性能纤维的特性,选用"天竹"长丝与莱赛尔纱线相互交织,形成兼具二者优良服用性能的织物,同时与人造棉和莱赛尔交织织物作对比,根据2种织物的原料性能和仿丝绸风格,分别测试了织物的吸湿性、透气性、抗起毛起球性、悬垂性、褶皱弹性。通过分析比较得知:天竹/莱赛尔交织织物的吸湿性、透气性、褶皱缓弹性、悬垂性都优于人造棉/莱赛尔交织织物,且手感细腻光滑,极富丝绸般的光泽,但其抗起毛起球性并不理想;而人造棉/莱赛尔交织织物手感挺括,正面有丝绸般光泽,反面具有棉的柔软性,褶皱急弹性相对较好。

The bamboo filament interwoven with Lyocell yarn was selected in this paper. This fabric formed both of their excellent wearability,then compared with the interwoven fabric of rayon and Lyocell. According to the raw performance of the two fabrics and silk style. The two kinds of fabrics were tested their moisture absorption, air breathability, anti-pilling, drapability, cockle elasticity. By analyzing, the results showed that ：the bamboo/Lyocell intertwined fabric＇s moisture absorption, air breathability, folded slow elasticity, drapability was better than Rayon/Lyocetl interwoven fabric, and this fabric was very smooth and delicate, especially with a silky luster,while pilling resistance was not ideal. Rayon/Lyocell interwoven fabric was feeled stiff,the front of this fabric had a silky luster,the other side of it had cotton softness.
