摘要
分析了3例颈椎前后路手术后并发脊髓损伤加重的原因,总结早期观察和护理的经验。护理重点包括:脊髓损伤加重的早期观察,保持患者颈部稳定性,加强基础护理、术后康复训练。术后48h,尤其是术后24h内,加强护理巡视,严密观察病情,第一时间发现存在的问题,及时采取有效措施至关重要。通过医护患密切配合,3例患者康复后步行出院。
This paper summarizes the nursing care of 3 patients with aggravating spinal cord injury after anterior-posterior cervical surgery. The nursing care focused on early observation of aggravating spinal cord injury,maintaining cervical Stability, strengthening basic nursing and postoperative rehabilitative training. The key point was intensive observation of the patients＇ illness state to detect the changes in time within 48 hours,especially within 24 hours after operation. All the patients could walk dependently for discharging.
