响应面法优化牛舌草总黄酮的超声提取工艺 被引量:13

Optimization of Ultrasound Extraction Process of Total Flavonoids from Anchusa italica by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 目的:优选牛舌草中总黄酮的超声提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮提取率为指标,采用单因素试验考察料液比、乙醇体积分数、超声温度和时间对提取工艺的影响,利用响应曲面法中心组合设计优选牛舌草中总黄酮的提取工艺参数。结果:最佳超声提取工艺条件为加20倍量70%乙醇于60℃超声提取20 min,总黄酮平均提取率3.92%。结论:总黄酮类化合物提取的实测值与响应面拟合方程的预测值符合良好,优选的提取工艺稳定可行,可推广于大生产应用。 Objective: To optimize ultrasound extraction process of total flavonoids from Anchusa italica. Method: With yield of total flavonoids as index, influence of solid-liquid ratio, the concentration of ethanol, ultrasound temperature and time on ultrasonic extraction process of total flavonoids from A. italica was investigated by single factor test, extraction technology parameters were optimized by response surface methodology. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were as follow : extracted 20 min with 20 times the amount of 70% ethanol at 60 ~C , yield of total flavonoids 3.92%. Conclusion: Total flavonoids extraction experiment proved that there were good fitness between the predicted and actual value, optimized extracting technology was stable and feasible, it could be extended to application of large-scale production.
