HPLC-ELSD法测定蛇连川贝胶囊中贝母素甲的含量

HPLC-ELSD Determination of Peimine in Shelian Chuanbei Capsules

目的:建立蛇连川贝胶囊(蛇胆、川贝母、半夏、黄连、甘草)中贝母素甲的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,使用C18柱,流动相乙腈-水-二乙胺(70∶30∶0.3);ELSD漂移管温度70℃,氮气流速2.0 L.min-1,柱温35℃。结果:贝母素甲与杂质得到很好分离,进样量在0.18～1.08μg时线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=1.170 6X+6.26(r=0.999 5),平均加样回收率99.79%,RSD 2.0%。结论:方法结果准确,便于操作,可作为蛇连川贝胶囊的质量控制方法之一。

Objective： To establish the method of determining peiminein Shelian Chuanbei capsules Method： HPLC-ELSD was used to determine peimine in Shelian Chuanbei capsules. The chromatographic analy were carried on C18 column, The mobile phase composition was acetonitrile-water -diethylamine （70： 30： 0. 3） SIS at 35℃ ; Drift tube temperature was 70℃ , gas flow rate was 2.0 L ·min-1. Result： Peimine were separated well. The calibration curves was linear in the ranges of 0. 18-1.08μg. and regressive equations was Y = 1. 170 6X ＋ 6.26. Average recoveries was 99.79% Conclusion： The method is simple and rapid and with satisfactory results, It is suitable for quality control of Shelian Chuanbei capsules.
