19种抗鸡胚尿囊膜血管生成中药成分功效比较研究 被引量:6

Anti-angiogenesis Efficacy of Nineteen Traditional Chinese Medicines Evaluated by Chick Chorioallantoic Membrane

摘要 目的:寻找具有抑制血管生成作用较强的中药成分。方法:种蛋随机分为21组,孵育7 d后,将文献中报道的19种具有抗血管生成作用的中药成分及生理盐水溶液分别加于鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)表面的载体上。作用4 d后,观察统计CAM上血管生长状况。结果:19种中药成分中,滕黄酸、青蒿琥脂、人参皂苷、苦参碱、斑蝥素抑制CAM血管生成效果较好,抑制血管生成强弱顺序为:滕黄酸﹥人参皂苷﹥青蒿琥脂﹥苦参碱﹥斑蝥素,其一级血管抑制率分别为22.78%,22.47%,19.46%,18.51%,18.35%,其二级血管抑制率分别为17.44%,17.17%,16.38%,16.78%,15.32%,与生理盐水组相比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:滕黄酸、青蒿琥脂、人参皂苷、苦参碱、斑蝥素具有较强抑制血管生成的效果。 Objective: To screen traditional Chinese medicine with anti-angiogenesis effect. Method: Hatching eggs were randomly divided into 21 groups, after incubating for 7 days, nineteen kinds of decocted medicinal herbs and 0.9% sodium chloride solution were added to the carrier which was on the surface of chick ehorioallantoic membrane (CAM) respectively. Four days later, the states of angiogenesis on the CAM were observed. Result: Among the selected 19 traditional Chinese medicines, gambogic acid, ginsenoside, arteannuinumsuccinat, matrine and norcantharidin showed apparent inhibitive effects on angiogenesis. There was a significant difference compared with the group which was added sodium chloride solution (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Gambogic acid, ginsenoside, arteannuinumsuccinat, matrine and norcantharidin have inhibitive effects on angiogenesis.
