开胃健脾饮防治静滴阿奇霉素的胃肠道不良反应 被引量:5

Preventive Treatment of Kaiwei Jianpi Yin for Gastrointestinal Side-effects Induced by Azithromycin

摘要 目的:观察开胃健脾饮防治静滴阿奇霉素的胃肠道不良反应的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年2月至2012年8月笔者所在医院查肺炎支原体总抗体(MP-Ab)均为阳性并伴有呼吸道症状的患儿80例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例。对照组给予静滴阿奇霉素10 mg.kg-1.d-1,1次/d,共3~5 d,治疗组在对照组的基础上,即静滴阿奇霉素前30 min予以口服开胃健脾饮1支,100 mL/支,1次/d,观察两组不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组胃肠道不良反应发生率为20%,对照组为45%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开胃健脾饮能减少静滴阿奇霉素的胃肠道不良反应发生率,值得推广。 Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness of Kaiwei Jianpi Yin (KJY) on preventive treatment of gastrointestinal side-effects of azithromycin in intravenous drip. Method: Eighty cases with Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody (MP-Ab) positive and respiratory symptoms were randomly divided into 2 groups (n =40 each). The control group was given azithromycin by intravenous drip only (10 mg.kg-1 daily for 3-5 d) , while the treatment group was given KJY ( 100 mL) orally 30 minutes before the intravenous drip in addition. The gaotreintenstinal side effect incidence rate in the two groups was compared. Result: Inciderice rate of side-effects in the treatment group was 20%, while that in the control group was 45%. There was statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: KJY can reduce the incidence rate of the gastrointestinal side-effects of azithromycin in intravenous drip and it is worth to be applied clinically.
