摘要
以啤酒酵母 ( Saccharomyces cereveseae)为材料 ,用 He-Ne激光进行照射 ,发现随着照射时间的延长 ,致死率和突变率均明显增加 ,同时在选择培养基上筛选出多种氨基酸突变型。
This article discussed the genetic effects of the yeast produced by He-Ne laser radiation with different time.It is found that lathel and mutation rate increased remarkably with radiation time prolong.There are many amino acids mutation types on the selective medium.
