彩色多普勒超声和HCG在妊娠滋养细胞疾病诊断中的应用

Application of color Doppler ultrasound and HCG in diagnosis of gestational trophoblastic disease

妊娠滋养细胞疾病(GTD)临床上较为多见,且多发生于育龄期妇女,严重危害育龄期女性的生殖健康,因此该病的早期诊断和治疗对改善预后和及早发现病变并处理恶变有重要意义。随着诊断手段的进步,特别是超声和人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)测定的广泛应用,不仅可使GTD的诊断时间大大提前,而且可用于观察恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的化疗效果,两者联合应用具有重要临床价值。本文就彩色多普勒超声和HCG在GTD诊断中的应用价值做一综述。

Gestational trophoblastic disease（GTD） is common in clinic and often occurred in women of childbearing age which is seriously harm to female reproductive hcahh.Therefore,the early diagnosis and treatment of GTD is important to early detect and treat malignant transformation.Along with the progress of diagnosis means, particularly the wide range of applications of ultrasound and human chorionic gonadotropin （HCG）, it not only can make GTD diagnosis much earlier, but also can be used to observe the effect of chemotherapy in malignant trophoblastic tumors.It has an important clinical value in combination.This article is a review on diagnosis value of GTD with color Doppler ultrasound and HCG.
