摘要患者男，44岁，因中上腹部持续性疼痛伴恶心、干呕1d来我院就诊。既往有慢性胃炎史15年，高血压病史10年。体格检查：中上腹部轻压痛。胃镜示糜烂性胃炎。超声检查：肝、胆、脾、胰腺未见明皿异常。
