摘要
以苯乙烯为单体,过硫酸铵作引发剂,SDS为乳化剂,水为分散介质,进行乳液聚合,研究了反应条件对聚苯乙烯产率和分子量的影响.得出制备聚苯乙烯的最优实验条件:苯乙烯6 g,除氧水18 g,SDS 0.36 g,引发剂(过硫酸铵)0.015 2 g,乳化时间3 h,反应温度80℃.产物用红外光谱(IR)进一步验证其结构.
In this paper, styrene was selected as monomer, ammonium persulfate as the initiator, SDS as the emulsifier, and water as the dispersion medium to carry out emulsion polymerization. The influence for the yield and molecular weight of polystyrene were studied. The optimal experimental conditions for preparing polystyrene are as follows : styrene 6 g, water 18 g, SDS 0.36 g, ( NH4 ) 2 S2 O8 0.015 2 g, emulsification time 3 h under 80 ℃. Product structure was further verified by infrared spectroscopy (IR) The prepared polystyrene optimal experimental conditions.
