Research and Practice of Improving International Economics and Trade Majors Practical Ability through Participation of POCIB Competition

随着就业形式的严峻,各高校国贸专业逐渐把实践能力列入人才培养目标,在学生实践能力培养过程中,由于专业模拟的不足和校企合作的困境,POCIB类的专业竞赛成为主要培养手段。POCIB类专业竞赛可以在促进教学方法的改变、加快教师的技能培训、改善实验室条件和优化培养方案等方面间接对学生实践能力的提高产生影响,同时也会在巩固学生的实践理论、检测学生的实践水平、强化学生实践技能的自我认可和提高学生的就业素质等方面直接促进学生实践能力的发展。

Along with the severe employment situation,for each international economics and trade specialty of universities in China the practice ability has been gradually included into the talents training target,and because of the deficiency of simulation teaching and dilemma of school-enterprise cooperation,professional competition such as POCIB has become the main means to improve the students＇ practical ability.The professional competition can promote the change of teaching method,accelerate the training of teachers＇ skills,improve the condition of laboratory and optimize training programs,which indirectly enhance students＇ practical abilities.The professional competition also can directly improve the students＇ practical level through the consolidation of students＇ practice theory,testing the students＇ practice level,strengthening the students＇ self recognition of practical skills and improving students＇ employment quality.
