当前高校青年教师思想政治教育的挑战及应对

Challenge on the Ideological and Political Education for Young College Teachers and the Countermeasures

在全球化浪潮冲击和市场经济影响的复杂形势下,青年教师的思想观念和价值取向发生了重大的变化,高校青年教师的思想政治教育工作面临着新挑战。针对当前高校思想政治教育工作中存在的问题,必须做好四项工作:加强青年教师的党建工作,把高校青年教师紧密团结在党组织周围;以人为本,增加针对青年教师思想政治工作的吸引力;改进教育方法,增强高校青年教师思想政治教育的说服力;健全激励机制,提升高校青年教师思想政治教育的凝聚力。

Under the impacts of globalization and market economy,the ideas and values of the young college teachers have taken great changes.The ideological and political education at college is facing new challenges So the ideological and political education must do well from the four aspects：Strengthen the construct of Communist Party of China,unite the young teachers around the Party;take young teachers as the foundation to raise the attraction of the ideological and political education;improve the teaching methods to strengthen the persuasiveness of the ideological and political education;and consummate the incentive mechanism to increase the cohesions of the ideological and political education.
