摘要
近年来诸多研究者就肺高血压发病机制，病理进程及药物治疗靶点等方面进行了深入研究。2011年欧洲三个独立的实验室先后报道在特发性肺动脉高压（idiopathic pulmonary anerial hypertension，IPAH）人群中出现铁缺乏、铁代谢紊乱，其发病机制尚不明确；另外有研究发现，
