腹腔镜胰腺节段切除术治疗胰腺颈部囊腺瘤一例 被引量：4

摘要 胰腺节段切除术是治疗胰腺良性肿瘤的理想术式，但传统开腹手术切口大，术后患者切口疼痛明显，并有较高的切口感染、切口裂开及切口疝等并发症发生率。腹腔镜胰腺节段节除术仅国外零星病例报道^[1-4],
