灾难性抗磷脂综合征致肠坏死、脾破裂一例

摘要
患者 女性，28岁，主因“双下肢疼痛半个月，上腹痛7 d，便血3 d”于2011年12月4日经急诊入我院普通外科。患者半个月前无明显诱因出现双下肢疼痛伴双侧胫前及右足外踝皮肤红斑、溃疡，无光过敏、口腔溃疡及其他部位皮疹，曾就诊我院风湿免疫科查自身抗体均为阴性，对症治疗效果不佳。7 d前起觉上腹部不适，进行性加重，
