中性粒细胞CD64在类风湿关节炎合并感染者中的表达及意义 被引量:8

摘要 分化群抗原64(cluster of differentiation antigen,CD64)具有识别免疫球蛋白、高亲和IgG单体、介导体液免疫和细胞免疫及早期诊断感染性疾病IgGFc片段受体1(FcγR I)的功能,可通过抗体依赖性细胞毒和细胞吞噬及免疫复合物清除作用清除病原微生物[1]。
