The Relationship Between RAS-RAF-MEKl/2/-ERKl/2 MAPK Signal Transduction Pathway and Skin Cancer

摘要 RAS-RAF-MEKl/2/-ERKl/2 MAPK信号转导通路是Ras基因下游通路中十分经典的也是研究得比较清楚的一条,且这条信号通路与多种肿瘤的发生和发展关系密切。针对目前这条通路与病理性瘢痕及瘢痕癌的关系的研究报道较少,本文就这条信号转导通路与皮肤肿瘤的关系作一综述。 RAS-RAF-MEK1/2/-ERKL/2 MAPK signal transduction pathway is the downstream of Ras gene pathway, which is one of tile most classic and relatively clear studies and this signaling pathway is closely related with the appearance and progression of the variety tumors. At present in the path and pathological scar and scar the relationship of cancer reported lower, the signal transduction pathways and article skin tumor relationship are reviewed in this paper.
