Valsalva视网膜病变一例

摘要 患者，女，24岁。因右眼视力突然下降7d来诊患者曾因怀孕1个月妊娠反应严重，出现剧烈呕吐、憋气哭泣，7d前发现右眼视物模糊，为治疗眼部疾病于6d前行人工流产术。
