疑难病例析评第290例Shone综合征-主动脉弓中断-主动脉瓣二瓣化畸形

摘要 病历摘要 患儿男，2岁3个月，因发现心脏杂音2个月，于2011年7月29日收住入清华大学第一附属医院。患者入院前2个月，因感冒就诊于当地医院，查体发现心脏杂音。随后患儿入我院治疗。患儿发育较正常小儿稍差，身高82cm，体质量10kg。四肢末梢经皮血氧饱和度：98％-100％。心脏听诊：
