TiO_2薄膜锂化工艺及其性能研究

摘要 本文以钛酸四丁酯(Ti(OC4H9)4)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法在ITO导电玻璃基片表面制备了均匀透明的TiO2薄膜。使用X射线衍射仪表征了薄膜的晶型结构。通过电化学方法对TiO2薄膜进行锂化,研究了TiO2薄膜的厚度、热处理温度和外加电压对薄膜锂化效果的影响。结果表明,当镀膜层数为4层,热处理温度为400℃时,TiO2薄膜Li+存储能力最强。当TiO2薄膜相对参比电极外加电压为±2V时,Li+可充分进入薄膜并与之结合形成蓝色化合物LixTiO2,变色效果最为明显。 TiO2 film was fabricated on ITO conductive glass by sol-gel method using Tetrabutyl titanate (Ti(OC4H9)4) as raw material. The structure of obtained film was characterized by X-ray diffraction. The TiO2 film was lithiated by electrochemical methods. The effects of film thickness, heat treatment temperature and voltage on TiO2 film were studied. It was showed that Li + storage capacity of the TiO2 film was the largest, when the coating layer was 4 and the heat treatment temperature was 400 %. When the TiO2 film applied voltage of ± 2 V with respect to the reference electrode, Li + can fully enter into the film and form blue compound LixTiO2, electrochromic effect was most obvious.
